Little River Health Care Providers travel to Long Term Care Facilities to provide medical services to their patients such as physical examinations, follow-up visits, and prescription maintenance. All of our Care Team providers are fully licensed and credentialed. Our LRH providers can be your primary care team or work hand-in-hand with your existing physician to ensure continuity of care. LRH coordinates and delivers care between hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, nursing agencies, and other home health services.
Our office staff is also here to help. Our highly trained Clinical Coordinators that can answer your medical and non-medical questions in between care team visits such as: lab results, treatment plans, medication management, scheduling and billing related questions. We are committed to excellence and will go above and beyond to make our patients have a smooth transition from one health care setting to another.
Christian has been with the practice since it was founded in 2013 and since then, played a very important role in the success and growth of our practice by providing 24/7 triage and clinical support for all of our Healthcare Providers working on the field. Christian’s main background is EMS and with over 12 years of EMS, Medical Office Management and Customer Service experience, he has been the perfect individual to train and lead clinicians, grow and oversee our Medical Practice.
Crystal joined our practice in May of 2017 and since then, she has been a great asset to our practice by providing outstanding back office support for our Healthcare Providers and business partners. Crystal’s main duties are to answer incoming calls, monitor incoming faxes and sorting out medical records such as; labs, x-rays, pharmacy refill requests and home health documentation.
